非常差的一次入住體驗，槽點主要在兩個方面：
1、上午停了一上午熱水，沒法洗澡洗頭，影響上午出行辦事，多次電話催問，工作人員沒有表示任何歉意。
2、中午辦理退房，一個咖啡勺損壞，要求賠償100元，因着急出行辦事，未有理論，直接賠付了。如果時間充裕，我會追問：1、賠付依據在哪裡？未出示；2、一個咖啡勺100元，賠付價格是否高得離譜；3、因為沒有熱水洗澡，耽誤上午辦事行程計劃，顧客是否可以要求賠償！
所以該酒店、不推薦，引以為戒

熱水不行，放10分鐘都還是温熱的，洗澡都洗感冒了。隔音極差，走廊上走過都聽得見，旁邊房間的電視，就跟我自己在看電視一樣。非常差的體驗！

給兩個媽定的標準間，房間很大，智能馬桶，電視操作簡單。前台，大堂，早餐廳的服務相當好，早餐也很豐盛。長者們説居住體驗比撫仙湖的希爾頓還好，説一定要給好評。
